PacZilla is one of the forms of Pac-Man.
This form is the result of a large dark-gray Power Berry with glowing green zigzags. Once eaten, it allows the user, mostly Pac-Man, to grow into massive proportions.

No Pets Allowed...Especially Monsters! Part II[]
Pac-Man used the power berry to defeat the giant gargoyle monster that Dr. Buttocks enlarged with his magnifying ray. The Berry's Power wore off when Pac accidentally sucked up Pinky through his nose, causing him to sneeze and deflate like a balloon.
Season 2[]
Nerd Is the Word[]
Pac-Man uses the berry to grow himself larger once more, this time with a combination of the Spin Berry.

The Berry was used in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2, when Pac-Man had to defeat Grindatron, with a little help from Cyli on her hoverboard.

- The name of 'PacZilla' is based off of Godzilla.
- Paczilla's size varies upon either series, as in the show he's grown so tall that he towers over all the buildings in the city, while in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2, he only grows as tall as one of the buildings.
- This is possibly due to the limitations of the platforms that the game was developed for.
- The PacZilla Berry, or the Mega Berry, is based off of the Super Pellet from Super Pac-Man, which was an item that made Pac-Man grow to larger proportions in the game.
