Balloon Pac-Man is one of Pac-Man's many forms. This has been shown in "Is Zit You or Is Zit Me?" where Pac-Man confused the inflate berry and the shrink berry.

He looks almost the same from the regular Pac-Man but with a inflated body. Pac-Man's stomach will grow before farting at high speeds.
