Dr. Buttocks is the secondary antagonist in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. Dr. Buttocks is the cyan ghost and chief scientist. He's voiced by Brian Drummond.
Personality
Dr. Buttocks has a rivalry with Sir C. He makes the invention. Dr. Buttocks is mostly seen with Betrayus and Buttler. He hates his twin brother, Buttler.
Appearance
He is a cyan ghost with white hair pointing out to the sides and he wears red glasses and a robot claw for a hand and has a German accent. He has a butt-shaped head like his twin brother, Buttler.
